Besides providing the restoration service as planned, we had an event where a fire sprinkler pipe was broken, flooding the already affected manufacturing area, SERVPRO of Phoenix had already left the site for the day, but returned right away as soon as they were notified that we needed their assistance, and began the flood cleanup in a thorough and professional manner.
At one of our other manufacturing sites, we experienced another water flood circumstance. Again, SERVPRO of Phoenix responded swiftly and began the restoration process, and again they exhibited their professionalism and expertise.
