While out of the country on vacation I experienced a house flood. I had a good experience with SERVPRO. There is a lot of moving parts when dealing with a flood such as water removal, flood clean up, packing out your home, and the demo process and it can be overwhelming. The SERVPRO team did a fantastic job at all those things and guiding me with expertise through the process. Special shout out to Julie Zamora, Project Manager and her team: Maria, Fernando, Kyle, Gavin, Jose, and Jair. Julie was there with me every step of the way and even made sure she was there to connect with my insurance adjuster so everyone was on the same page. This team was so fast with the clean up, gentle with my personal items and patiently walking me through all the steps. I felt they all had my best interests at heart and I was supported through it all. In my experience both safety for all involved and customer service satisfaction were top priorities. Leonard Valera went above and beyond for the process of resolving my water damage. He made sure every aspect hit his high standards and helped facilitate a grueling insurance process

We had a roof leak at our place of business (Hoopes, Adams & Scharber, PLC). I called ServPro and they were out the very next day to help with restoration. The technician, Jair was great! He was friendly, professional, showed up when he said he was going to show up, and helped us tremendously. Thank you so much, Jair (and Josh)!

Fernando, Gavin and Kyle were working on site for us today. In a time of chaos they provided calm, a plan and warm smiles.

Good communication and they were able to start less than a week after we discovered mold in our daughter’s room. Jair, George, and Kyle would show up on time in the mornings and did their best to keep the house clean while getting rid of the mold. I like that it’s a one stop shop for getting rid of the mold and then doing a reconstruction. Thank you

I had water damage from a broken pipe in my bathroom during the ice storm in Tn. Servpro sent a team from AZ. to mitigate the damage. Reuben, Kyle and George were very professional, very polite, knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why. This event has been very stressful with 8 days away from home but these men had a positive attitude and made me feel safe.
