We are 1st time home owners, purchased a home with previous water damage and were unsure of where to turn as this cost would be completely out of pocket. Initially we were skeptical since the franchise is fairly new here in Flagstaff. Lloyd came out and was able to alleviate those worries immediately. He gave us a straight forward explanation of what he found during his inspection and what the likely damage was going to be, even in the areas where we couldn't see. He broke down the complete project start to finish and was able to communicate this where we understood pretty much everything. They took care of our personal property and our home throughout the remediation process. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend SERVPRO of Flagstaff/East Sedona to everyone.
