His experience encompasses many corporate level and IICRC-industry certifications such as WRT (water), FST (fire & smoke), Mold Remediation, ASD applied structural drying, RRRP Lead Paint Renovation, and Subrogation. Jason is experienced and accomplished in the daily operations of his franchise and skillfully runs the program. He communicates well with customers, commercial clients, office staff, technicians, S&M Reps, and insurance companies. Jason was born in Mesa and now resides in Phoenix, close to his franchise. He is enthusiastic about making this an award winning SERVPRO franchise.

Nicole is an Owner and the General Manager of SERVPRO of East Phoenix from 2016. She has extensive practical job knowledge in both phases of the business: the technical and the administrative. She has a strong history in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Exactimate Programming for Estimating and Claims, Marketing, and Advertising. Linked with Nicole's qualified corporate technical training and IICRC industry certifications in water damage restoration, structural drying, and mold remediation, and you have a comprehensive package that can guide her company to success. Nicole is a native of Detroit, Michigan and now makes her home in Phoenix, AZ.

Chris holds several vital positions at SERVPRO of East Phoenix as a Senior Estimator / Commercial Project Manager. He has been a key element of our team since 2004 and holds many certifications. Chris uses the Exactimate software program for estimating jobs and directs and instructs in blood born pathogen cleanups. He is IICRC certified as a WRT water damage restoration, and Fire & Smoke FST technician and passes his knowledge along to our crews. Chris was born in Romania and now lives in Mesa, AZ.

Anthony is our SERVPRO of East Phoenix Marketing Manager who also wears the hat of a Sales & Marketing Representative. He started helping our team in 2016 and has a wealth of experience in advertising, marketing, and teaching. 'Fat Tony,' as he enjoys being called, points the way with his robust drive and communicating skills to develop relationships with our staff, customers and clients. Reaching out to trade associations and civic leaders, he instructs on-going CE classes to better inform our local leaders of our services. He lives in Chandler having hailed from Clio, Michigan.

David is our Project Manager / Estimator / Lead Technician at SERVPRO of East Phoenix since 2013. He is responsible for setting up large scoped projects with the coordination of equipment, products, and team members. David even is the Lead Tech on many of our projects. His Estimator ability assures a smooth interface with all moving elements of the jobs. He can supervise biohazardous cleanups including crime scenes, asbestos abatement, and is certified as a WRT water damage restoration technician. From demolition to final client walk-through, David does it all. He is a native of Gilbert, AZ but now lives in Queen Creek.

David is our SERVPRO of East Phoenix Production & Warehouse Manager / Asbestos Superintendent. A large title, but he has a long list of responsibilities and qualifications. David has been committed to cleanup and restoration for SERVPRO of East Phoenix since 1979; he has amassed expertise in Work Safety, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, WRT, and Asbestos Abatement. Demolition, Contents Pack'Outs for cleaning, and Crime Scene Cleanup he also provides. With this extensive background, David can easily don the hat of Warehouse Manager and sense exactly what our inventory should be. He is a key SERVPRO member who was born in San Diego, CA. David now makes his home in Phoenix.

Amela is our Fire & Contents Manager / Lead Technician at the SERVPRO of East Central Phoenix branch. She has been assisting us from 2000 and has much to offer. Amela oversees Pack-Outs and Content Cleaning putting her WRT, and FST skills to clean and restore personal belongings "Like it never even happened." Amela is capable at Crime Scene Cleanup and Applied Microbial Remediation and mold removal as well. These knowledge-based skills allow her to surpass our customers' expectations. Amela is a native of Sarajevo, Bosnia who now resides in Phoenix, AZ.

David is an Asbestos Lead Tech / Crew Chief at SERVPRO of East Phoenix. He is experienced in Crime Scene Cleaning and Asbestos Abatement since 2013. He is a certified crew leader. David is an expert Demolition Man and is always accommodating our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work. David comes from San Diego, CA and now lives in Phoenix, AZ

Irene is a Water / Demolition Technician at SERVPRO of East Phoenix from 2016. She is WRT IIRC water damage restoration certified technician. She executes Crime Scene Cleanup and interfaces with our customers. She also contributes to Asbestos Abatement and demolition. Irene is from Phoenix and still makes Phoenix, AZ her home.

Jason Temple is our Construction Superintendent / Recon Manager at SERVPRO of East Phoenix. A KB2 Contractor who can do rough framing to finished carpentry, and flooring and drywall installations. His responsibilities include project planning and execution, quality control, compliance to codes and contract documents, and meeting deadlines. Jason has been managing our reconstruction team members since 2013. He hails from Phoenix, AZ where he still makes his home.

Nolberto is a Construction / Demo technician at SERVPRO of East Phoenix. He has been reconstructing homes damaged by storms, fire and water damage from 2016. He is proficient at rough framing, floor rebuilds, drywall installation, and demolition. Nolberto works great with fellow crew members and customers. He is a native of Phoenix, AZ where he still makes his home.

Julio is a Construction / Demo technician at SERVPRO of East Phoenix since 2016. He is an important team member responsible for reconstructing damaged storm, fire, and water properties. He can demolish, install building elements such as drywall, ceilings, and new flooring, and leave the job site clean until completion. Julio hails from Phoenix, AZ where he still calls home.

Jaden is a Water Technician for SERVPRO of East Phoenix since 2017. He focuses on water extract and cleaning damaged properties after flooding, infrastructure or appliance problems. He is a member of our team, and we are glad to have him. Jaden hails from Flint, MI. and now lives in Chandler, AZ.
