Jason is a proud Owner & Operator of SERVPRO of Central Phoenix since 2016. His background includes many corporate and IICRC-industry certifications such as WRT (water), FST (fire & smoke), Mold Remediation, ASD applied structural drying, RRRP Lead Paint Renovation, and Subrogation. Jason is experienced and accomplished in the day to day operations of his franchise and skillfully runs the show. He interfaces well with commercial clients, customers, office staff, technicians, the sales force, and insurance companies. Jason hails from Mesa and now lives in Phoenix, close to his franchise. He is enthusiastic about making this an award winning SERVPRO franchise.

Nicole is an Owner & General Manager of SERVPRO of Central Phoenix since 2016. She has broad expertise in both phases of the business: the administrative and the technical. She has a strong background in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Exactimate Programming and ISO (Insurance Services Office, Inc.), Marketing, and Advertising. Couple this with Nicole's qualified technical training and certifications in water damage restoration, structural drying, and mold remediation, and you have a notably well-rounded and talented owner. Nicole hails from Detroit and now makes her home in Phoenix, AZ.

Chris holds important job posts at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix as a Senior Estimator and Commercial Project Manager. He has been a team member since 2004 and has acquired many certifications. Chris uses the Exactimate software program for estimating jobs and directs cleanups for biohazardous job sites. He uses his skills in confined space restoration, Fire & Smoke FST, and WRT water damage restoration to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Chris is a native of Romania and now lives in Mesa.

Anthony is our SERVPRO of Central Phoenix Marketing Manager who also contributes to our franchise as a Sales & Marketing Representative. He joined our team in 2016 and has a lot of experience in advertising, marketing, and teaching. 'Fat Tony,' as he likes to be called, leads the way by example in communicating with our neighbors and trade associations to offer exceptional services. Tony also teaches Continuing Education semi-annual gatherings with local real estate and insurance agents. He always strives to increase our footprint in our service area. He resides in Chandler now though he comes from Clio, Michigan.

David is our Project Manager / Estimator / Lead Technician at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix from 2013. He coordinates large scale and large-loss projects from securing the right equipment and trained technicians to also leading the effort. His Estimator ability with the use of Exactimate guarantees a smooth interface with all moving components of our jobs. He can control biohazardous cleanups including crime scenes, asbestos abatement, and is a certified WRT water damage restoration technician. Demolition, part of his forte, to final walk-through with our client, David does it all. He was reared in Gilbert, AZ but no lives in Queen Creek

David is our SERVPRO of Central Phoenix Production & Warehouse Manager / Asbestos Superintendent. A long job description for a long list of duties and qualifications. Because David has worked for SERVPRO Of Phoenix in cleanup and restoration since 1979, he has accumulated expertise in Work Safety, Odor Control, WRT, Fire & Smoke and Asbestos Abatement. That is not all, add Demolition, Contents Pack'Outs for cleaning, and Crime Scene Cleanup. With this broad background, David can easily wear the cap of Warehouse Manager, also. He is a pivotal SERVPRO member. He was born in San Diego, CA. David now makes his home in Phoenix.

Amela is our Fire & Contents Manager / Lead Technician at our SERVPRO of Central Phoenix franchise. She has been helping us since 2000 and has much to contribute. Amela is in charge of Pack-Outs and Content Cleaning putting her FST, and WRT procured skills to return personal belongings in their preloss condition, "Like it never even happened." Amela is skilled at Crime Scene Cleanup and Applied Microbial Remediation as well. With this skill set, she gets it all done. Amela is a native of Sarajevo, Bosnia and we are glad that she made it here to work with us and live in Phoenix.

David is an Asbestos Lead Tech / Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix. He has been abating asbestos issues and working on Crime Scene Cleanups since 2013. He is an IICRC industry certified crew leader who offers on the job instructions for our team members. David is a veteran Demolition Man and is always instilling confidence in our clients. David is a native of San Diego, CA and now calls Phoenix home.

Irene is a Water / Demolition Technician at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix since 2016. She is a WRT water damage restoration technician. She is a Crime Scene Cleanup specialist and contributes to Abatement and demolition. Irene is from Phoenix and still resides in Phoenix, AZ.

Jason Temple is our Construction Superintendent / Recon Manager at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix. He is a qualified KB2 Contractor who can rough frame, do finished carpentry and install drywall and flooring. His duties include project planning, quality control, code compliance, and timely completions. Jason has been managing our reconstruction crew since 2013. He is a native born local who still makes his home in Phoenix, AZ.

Nolberto is a Construction / Demo technician at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix. He has been rebuilding homes damaged by storms, water and fire damage since 2016. He can rough frame structures after demolition and works well with our crew members and customers. Nolberto is proud to help his neighbors. He has been a life-long resident of Phoenix, AZ.

Julio is a Construction / Demo technician at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix from 2016. He is a prized team member of our crews responsible for reconstructing damaged properties. He executes demolitions, installation of building materials such as drywall, ceilings, and new flooring, and leave the job site clean upon completion. Julio is from Phoenix, AZ and he still lives there.

Jaden is a Water Technician for SERVPRO of Central Phoenix since 2017. He works to extract and dry out damaged properties after flooding, infrastructure or appliance malfunctions. He is part of our team and hails from Flint, MI. Jaden now resides in Chandler, AZ.
