Chris is a member of our SERVPRO of Crawford &South Washington Counties team. He has 20+ years in customer relations and sales and construction management. He is parlaying his strengths with his IICRC certifications in WST and FST, water and fire & smoke damage restoration. He is a great asset not only to us but also to the Boys & Girls Club where he coaches youth basketball and football. Chris volunteers for the Kendrick Fincher Hydration Foundation and is committed to ensuring the safety of athletes and children.

Kevin D
Kevin is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Crawford & South Washington Counties. He is very skillful and is IICRC-certified as a water and as a fire & smoke damage restoration technician. When disaster strikes our customers homes in and about Crawford County, they have a sense of hopelessness. That is until their SERVPRO hero, Kevin arrives on the scene. His apparent outward joy spreads relief, and his skill set results in a return to preloss condition, "Like it never even happened." Kevin also volunteers in his church's youth group program.
Tanya S
Tanya has been a valuable team member of SERVPRO of Crawford & South Washington Counties since 2014. She was hired as a production technician and through hard work was promoted to a Crew Chief. Tanya was not finished there and is now a Production Manager leading our crews. She has her IICRC certification as a WRT water damage restoration technicians and as an FST fire & smoke damage restoration tech. An impressive resume for such a short period. Along with helping our Fayetteville customers, Tanya finds the time to volunteer with local groups to help the homeless.
Jim S
Jim has been part of the production team at SERVPRO of Crawford/South Washington Counties since 2016. He is IICRC certified in Water, Smoke, & Fire mitigation. Before working for SERVPRO, a majority of his career was managing facilities in the auto parts industry. He has won several awards for increasing efficiency and quality control. He enjoys getting involved with his church and volunteers serving dinner to the homeless.

I am writing this review from an employee perspective. Until recently making a career change, I worked for SERVPRO of Fayetteville Springdale for 3 years & 7 months. First off, my career change was not due to discontent. I felt the pull of getting back in to the field I spent 30 years of my life in. My experience with SERVPRO was nothing short of extraordinary. From the Fields family to management and the office staff, technicians & marketing team - everyone is of high character and work ethic. This is a finely tuned and well run organization. The idea of TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER is more than just an idea or lip service - it is the norm & what is expected on every job. Superior customer service is interwoven in to every aspect of this business. I was proud to wear (and drive) the SERVPRO logo. And I was blessed to work for a Christian lead company who's morning planning meeting is bathed in scripture and prayer. Additionally, I saw first-hand how WATER, FIRE & MOLD CLEAN UP/MITIGATION & RESTORATION is done and done right - the first time. And most recently, COVID-19 cleaning as well. And this aspect of the business starts at the corporate level and is instilled in to each franchise. The restoration business is a science. And SERVPRO of Fayetteville-Springdale, Benton & Carroll Counties and Crawford & South Washington Counties has this science down to an art!

I called SERVPRO after finding mold growing in my basement, and I didn't know what I needed to do I'm thankful they were able to help. They did a great job.
