Brandon Aydlett
Franchise Owner, Arkansas Managing Partner
Brandon grew up as part of the SERVPRO family. His father, Ed, along with Ed’s partner Don Legg, owned SERVPRO franchises in Arkansas and Louisiana. Brandon remembers his father responding to emergencies at all hours of the day and night to help SERVPRO customers. After Ed retired, Brandon bought his father’s share of the Arkansas operations and doubled its reach from Little Rock and North Little Rock to operations in Cabot, Pine Bluff, Saline County and Hot Springs. Brandon is an avid golfer who enjoys playing in his spare time. As they raise the next generation of SERVPRO leaders, he and his wife Suzanne have two children.
Don Legg
Franchise Owner
Don has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 1996. In those early days, Don and his partner Ed Aydlett owned franchises in Monroe, LA, Shreveport, New Orleans and Little Rock. In 2019, Ed’s son Brandon purchased the Little Rock operations from Ed and with Don, expanded the operational footprint to include Cabot, Pine Bluff, Saline County and Hot Springs. Don also remains the franchise owner in Monroe, Shreveport, Bossier City, and Natchez, MS. His years of teaching continuing education classes in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, ethics, and other classes have made him a familiar and popular face to Arkansas insurance agents and adjusters.
Melissa Shackelford
Chief Operating Officer
Melissa has a passion for improving things by breaking them down and rebuilding them better. If she ever wrote a book, it would be called "Why I Love Tearing Things Apart" so she could share her insights and experiences in creating and refining workflow and operational processes. She is the Chief Operating Officer of our company, which has multiple locations not only in Arkansas, but also in Louisiana and Mississippi. She came from our sister company, 318 Construction, where she impressed our franchise owners with her hard work ethic and skillset. As the COO, she has streamlined and implemented uniform daily procedures for all our offices, such as documenting calls, pro-actively reaching out to customers, documenting field work, and creating accurate invoices. She has been a key factor in our company's strong growth and success. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and she is active in women's ministries at her church.

General Manager
Matt is the General Manager for both our Saline County and Little Rock locations. He oversees all of our operations to make sure our teams and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Jon Hayden
Operations Manager
Jon is a native of Monroe, LA who now lives in Little Rock. He has a background in management and operations at both the local and district levels for Fortune 500 companies. Jon is married and has two grown daughters. He enjoys skiing, kayaking, hiking, and fishing. Jon has a passion for helping others and does so every day at SERVPRO.

Bill's career journey has been diverse and dynamic. He started as a television news reporter, covering various topics and events. He then moved to the field of computer automation and sales, where he applied his skills in communication and technology. He later switched to mortgage banking, helping people finance their homes and dreams. Finally, he joined SERVPRO of Little Rock in 2012, where he found his passion for restoration services. Bill's role at SERVPRO is to tell the story of how they help people recover from disasters and restore their properties. Bill loves his job and enjoys building relationships with customers and partners across central Arkansas. Bill is a proud Arkansan who likes to take photos in his free time. He and his wife also have a big family with six grandchildren who are their joy and delight.

On January 2, 2002, we opened the first SERVPRO location in central Arkansas. In those early days, SERVPRO® of Northwest Little Rock served homeowners and businesses in the north and western portions of Pulaski County, including west Little Rock, Maumelle, portions of North Little Rock, and other communities in the area. A lot has changed since then.
Through targeted growth and acquisitions, our parent company, BDE Investments, is now the largest SERVPRO operator in Arkansas. Our service footprint covers nearly 4,000 square miles in central Arkansas from Cabot to Hot Springs, Perryville to Pine Bluff, and all points between.
