Kim has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since February of 2009. She was promoted to office manager in 2015. Her favorite part of this job is hearing that customers are happy.

She holds certifications with the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration, and Fire Damage Restoration.

In Kim’s free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves to cook and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.

Becky has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since April of 2020 as our Administrative Assistant. She brings her 14 years of office experience and excellent customer service skills. She has received the IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certification.

Becky is married to Marc Rogers. She loves to spend her free time with her dog, Henry, and enjoys relaxing and playing games.

Mickey began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in September 2014 a part-time Marketing Representative. He has since been promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager as of 2020. He is IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certified. With this job, he is able to work closely with his hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and its surrounding communities. This allows him to do what he loves, serving these communities and helping them in their time of emergency.

In Mickey's spare time, he spends it with his family. He is married to Greta Felts, a third-grade teacher, and together they have two children and four granddaughters. He spends every chance he gets with them.

David Ellison is from Jonesboro, Arkansas. He began working at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Sales & Marketing Representative in July of 2023. David has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting in 2006.

He loves to compete while cooking delicious BBQ, hunting, fishing, and going to the lake with family and friends. His favorite part of the job is being able to help individuals in their time of need!

Melissa is from Trumann, AR. She has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as the Marketing Support Coordinator since November of 2023. She has four years of marketing experience at a previous restoration company. Melissa’s favorite part of the job is sharing with everyone the great work that SERVPRO does in a client’s time of need, we really do make it be “like it never even happened.”

In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, and visiting the state parks of Arkansas, in fact she has been to all 52!

Eric Clements has been the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since July of 2020. He has several years of experience in the restoration industry and management. Eric has previously worked here on two separate occasions as part of our Production division. This has provided him with valuable experience in how the restoration industry and our company, SERVPRO, work. He also has worked for a moving company, which has helped boost his knowledge of moving and pack-outs. Eric holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, and odor. He also has a lead certification.

Eric is married and together, he and his wife have two children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, hunting, fishing, and working. He is very dedicated to his job and puts his all into it every day. He is a great asset to have added to our team here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro!

Wilsie is from Bay, Arkansas. She has been the Mitigation Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since May of 2023. She is IICRC WTR certified.

Her favorite things about working at SERVPRO are the environment, people she works with and the challenging aspect of doing something new.

In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, roller skating and reading. Her favorite quote is “I go to seek a great perhaps.” from Looking for Alaska by John Green.

Tim began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Production Technician in October of 2017. He came into this job with previous experience and great leadership skills, which lead to his promotion to Crew Chief in 2018. He is also IICRC WRT certified.

In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys fixing up and rebuilding cars. He is married with two children and two grandchildren.

Garrett is from Jonesboro, AR. He has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Crew Chief since September of 2022. Garrett is certified in water and OSHA.

He enjoys fishing and gaming. His favorite part on the job is that things are different from day to day.

Paul is from Jeanerette, LA. He has been with SERVPRO of Jonesboro since September of 2023. He has 4 years of experience in the restoration industry. Paul is IICRC Water Certified.

Paul enjoys basketball, music, and fitness. He is happily married with children. In his free time he likes to workout and spend time with his family. His favorite part about the job is the team he gets to work with, as well as, accomplishing goals with them.

Peyton has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a production technician since April of 2023. He is IICRC WTR certified.

He is from Jonesboro and enjoys old cars. His favorite part about the job is that he has the ability to travel around Northeast Arkansas.

Michael is from Paragould, Arkansas. He has been working for SERVPRO®; as a production technician since February of 2023. He is certified in construction and machine operations and IICRC WTR.

He enjoys fishing and his favorite part of working at SERVPRO is having the ability to do demolition.

Michael is from Chicago, Il. He has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Production Technician since November of 2023.

In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his son and playing video games. His favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is going out on the different jobs.

Steve has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as our Construction Manager since January of 2014. Steve brings 30 years of experience working in construction but more importantly has worked in this industry for the last 25 years. Steve has extensive knowledge working with customers and insurance companies on the repairs following mitigation. With the addition of Steve, we are now providing roof tarp and board-up services following fire, wind, storm, vandalism, and so on.

Steve holds 12 IICRC certifications including Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Residential Mold Inspector. He also has 2 OSHA Health and Safety certifications and is a Licensed Asbestos Inspector.

Spencer is from Jonesboro, AR. He has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as the Construction Coordinator since July of 2024. Spencer's favorite part of the job is our office environment and his "incredibly friendly coworkers."

He recently graduated from A-State with a bachelor's degree in independent studies with an emphasis in mathematics, statistics and computer science. In his free time Spencer enjoys making and playing video games and reading.

Jack has worked for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as our Reconstruction Superintendent since May of 2022. He is a great addition to our team as he brings 40 years of experience in construction. In fact, he began in this field when he was only 14 years old!

Jack and his wife, Debbie, have five kids, 8 grandkids, and 1 great-grandchild. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his family. We are very lucky to have such a hard-working and family-oriented man working with us.

Jake has been part of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro team since May of 2023. He is from Cleveland, TN and has certifications in advertising and graphic design.

Jake enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his son Jace. His favorite part of the job is being able to travel around Northeast Arkansas and working hard.

Susie has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a reconstruction technician since June of 2022.

Susie is married to Charles Rudder who is also a reconstruction technician at SERVPRO of Jonesboro.

Charles has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a reconstruction technician since June of 2022.

His wife Susie also works on the restoration team for SERVPRO.

John is from California. He has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Reconstruction Technician since June of 2023. He is a certified contractor.

John enjoys fishing, hunting, football, and spending time with his family and friends. He has 3 kids and one grand daughter. John's favorite part on the job is the different types of construction and seeing the finished product of their hard work.

Mark is originally from New Jersey. He began working with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in March of 2024. He comes to us with extensive years of carpentry and drywall experience.

In his free time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and cats.

His favorite thing about working at SERVPRO having the ability to put people's homes and businesses back together!

Duane is from Wynne, AR. He began working with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in April of 2024.
