Danny has over eight years of experience in the restoration industry and has been the owner/operator of SERVPRO since 2008. He holds certifications in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Mold Remediation and Structural Drying from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He is also a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science. Danny also has an extensive background in the food service industry. With his education and experience, he is uniquely qualified to provide a high level of professionalism in any restoration situation, including the sanitation of food preparation facilities.

Terry is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties. He has been with SERVPRO since 2013. Terry is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in water, smoke, fire, commercial, and applied structural drying. When it comes to difficult jobs, Terry enjoys the challenge. A homeowner called him about water damage to their ceiling above their indoor pool. With his expertise and knowledge, Terry was able to remove the ceiling while keeping the pool free of debris. Terry is a true professional, and we are glad to have him as part of our crew!

Jim is part of the production team at SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties. He has been with SERVPRO since 2016. In November of 2017 he will complete his Water, Smoke, & Fire accreditation from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Most of his career, before SERVPRO, has been managing facilities in the auto parts industry. Jim has received many awards for increasing efficiency and quality control. He enjoys going to church and volunteers to serve dinner to the homeless.

A crucial member of the production team at SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties is Justin. He has experience in the restoration and construction industry. His background as an insurance adjuster is beneficial to understanding our customer's needs during the restoration process. Justin is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in Water, Smoke, and Fire restoration. In his off time, Justin volunteers as a softball coach.

Tanya has been an invaluable team member of SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties since 2014. She started her career with us as a production technician who rapidly rose through the ranks to become a Crew Leader. Tanya did not stop there and continued to advance into the role of a Production Manager. She works and communicates well with crews, office staff and most importantly, our customers in Bentonville and the surrounding areas. Tanya is about to achieve certification from the IICRC as a water damage and as a fire & smoke damage restoration technician (Nov. 2017.) We are also very proud of Tanya's efforts for helping the homeless through several local organizations.

Kevin has been a production crew member since 2014 at SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties. He has achieved certification as an FST fire & smoke damage and as a WRT water damage restoration technician from the IICRC. Kevin is full of joy when he arrives to help our distraught customers after calamitous damage to their Rogers area properties. He leaves a hero, with their properties as they were, "Like it never even happened." Kevin also finds time to contribute time to the youth group at his church.

Chris has been with SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties since 2016 and is progressing rapidly as a valued team member. He is to be accredited with Water Damage and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration from the IICRC in Nov. 2017. He comes aboard with over 20 years experience in construction management and customer relations. Chris finds the time to volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club where he coaches youth football and basketball. Relatedly, he is also active in the Kendrick Fincher Hydration Foundation to keep athletes and children "watered down.
