Don Elmore
Don Elmore is the Owner/CEO of SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa. He has over 20 years of experience and several certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician. He is also licensed by the state & federal government as a Lead Paint Remediation Contractor.
Don enjoys fishing and golfing in his free time. Some of Don's favorite foods are seafood and a great steak!
Jacob Cory
Jacob Cory is General Manager and part owner at SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa. He has over 20 years of experience and several certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Technician, Commercial Drying Specialist, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician. He is also a licensed HVAC technician with the State of Alabama and is OSHA certified.
Jacob loves spending time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys playing guitar and fishing to relax.
Albert Thompson
Albert Thompson is our Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development. He has been with our SERVPRO team for seven years and is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician.
Albert enjoys sports and taking his family to Alabama football games. He loves to golf when he gets the opportunity. Albert also enjoys cooking, specifically grilling for his friends and family.
Amy Phillips
Amy Phillips holds the Accounts Receivable position and Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa. She has been with SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa for 20 years and has the following certifications from SERVPRO®;: ECTP CTC, ECTP Water, and ECTP Fire.
Amy is a new mother and enjoys spending time with her growing family. She also loves Mexican food!
Scott Claybrook
Scott Claybrook is one of our Sales and Marketing Representatives. He has been with SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa since June 2017.
Scott is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician.
Scott grew up in Northport, Alabama. He enjoys being a CrossFit coach and volunteering as a Chamber Ambassador at The Chamber of Commerce in his spare time. He also loves his Pomeranian, Bear, and his Labrador Retriever, Maggie.
His favorite part of working at SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa is building relationships within the community. His favorite food is pepperoni pizza!
Andrew Durham
Andrew Durham is our Construction Manager. He joined our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative, but became our Construction Manager in May 2022! He has been with SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa since November 2020.
Andrew grew up in Fyffe, Alabama. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and is expecting a son. He also loves his dog! In his spare time, Andrew also loves woodworking and playing golf.
His favorite part of working at SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa is building relationships. His favorite food is a bacon cheeseburger!
Tessa Hardin
Tessa Hardin is one of our Job File Coordinators. She has been with SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa since November 2020.
Tessa is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician.
Tessa is from Brent, Alabama. She enjoys spending time with her children, dogs, and going camping! Tessa is actually a certified dog obedience trainer.
Her favorite part of working at SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa is being part of a wonderful team and learning new things. Her favorite food is hot dogs!
Deborah McDonald
Deborah McDonald is a Crew Leader for SERVPRO®; of Tuscaloosa and has been with us for seven years. She loves her little dog!
A.C. Oats
A.C. Oats is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa. He has over 14 years of experience and has the following certifications from SERVPRO: ECTP CTC, ECTP Water and ECTP Fire.
A.C. served in the military for 6 years. In his spare time he likes to play basketball and relax while fishing.
A.C. loves some good southern food such as greens, beef, chicken, beans and fish!
Roger Wallace
Roger Wallace is the Lead Carpet Technician and a staple of the SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa team. He has almost 30 years of experience and has the following certifications from SERVPRO: ECTP CTC, ECTP Water, ECTP Fire and ECTP Carpet & Upholstery.
Mr. Roger doesn't have a specific favorite food. He enjoys anything!
