Their promptness, attention to detail, and professionalism, were second to none. All water was cleaned up and removed, and areas treated to deter mold. Afterward, the offices were in pristine condition, and we were totally satisfied with all services performed. They were very cost effective as well. The SERVPRO team's knowledge was always evident.  They were well versed in the National Flood Insurance Program polices regarding drywall removal and drying equipment.  This knowledge was critical not only to dry my home properly but also to ensure I was taking steps in accordance with our flood insurance policy.  Also the team worked 12-15 hour days to guarantee our home was safe and dry.  They remained professional and positive throughout the process.  For example, I interrupted their work many times to ask questions or point out concerns and they were always willing to stop and advise me.

When the recent flooding hit Houston at the end of May, we at first thought we had dodged a bullet - our neighbor's house had been flooded to four inches, but our rental house next door appeared to have avoided flooding by fractions of an inch.

That would have been impressive enough had Mother Nature cooperated.  Unfortunately, she decided to kick up a windstorm that knocked out all power to the house in the middle of the drying effort.

Not to be deterred, Robert and his team brought in enough generator sets to keep running the equipment, and the job stayed on schedule.

Since ours is a rental house, and the renters are anxious to move in to a dry and mold-free house, we very much appreciate SERVPRO's prompt and professional performance.

The night of the flood a call to SERVPRO saw your folks respond within an hour with teams cleaning, assessing damage, and discussing options. They arranged for added crews and large and large amounts of equipment to come to our facility. The onsite supervisors were contantly in communication with their plans and aswered questions.
