SERVPRO of Lee County has experience restoring homes affected by storms and flooding. Our employees have traveled to help other communities after major storms of all kinds through our national SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team. Two recent examples were traveling to help after Hurricane Michael and Hurricane Florence. In March of 2019, devastating tornadoes struck across the southern United States. Unfortunately, our local community of Lee County was hit with a deadly EF-4 tornado that took the lives of 24 members of our community. The loss of loved ones and damage from that Lee County tornado impacts so many and we feel so fortunate to be able to help. Our employees immediately responded to help neighbors, friends and strangers alike and watched as so many others did the same in our local community.

Not only did SERVPRO call, they followed up, arrived at our house yesterday morning, did a thorough inspection and we told them to go ahead. They returned around noon, brought in an extra 5 guys and left around 4PM. The whole crew, plus their franchise owner plus additional service teams, came in from Alabama. Polite, very hard working, very professional, and thoroughly cleaned up when they left. They removed all wet insulation and sheetrock, then set up fans, used a chemical anti-fungal spray, and put plastic covers over the openings, and took away all large trash bags. They're returning Tuesday afternoon to make sure everything is dry and remove their equipment. If you have not yet found someone to do your restoration, here is the owner's name: Jim Culpepper.
