Jody Logan
General Manager
Jody has worked with SERVPRO since 2014. He has served in many different roles within the SERVPRO system including business development and project management. Jody is married with two children. When he's not working, he can usually be found coaching his son's soccer or basketball team!
JP Bruscato
Reconstruction Manager
JP has been with SERVPRO of Baldwin County since 2018. JP began his career in construction estimating. He has certifications in water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and construction. JP's excellent customer service and construction management skills provide valuable support to our clients during the final phase of the restoration process. He is married with two children. When he is not working, he enjoys going to CrossFit and spending Saturdays at the ballpark with his family.
Josh Bowers
Business Development
Josh is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He has worked with SERVPRO since 2019. His roles have included both project management and business development. He has received many certifications from the IICRC which he uses to better service our clients. When he is not working, Josh is an avid tennis player and enjoys coaching his son's t-ball team.

Karen has been a part of our team since 2021. She is a retired insurance adjuster. Because of her background in claim management, Karen offers a unique and understanding perspective to our customers when disaster strikes. When Karen is not working, she can often be found chasing after her grandson!

When you call SERVPRO to help with catastrophic damages to home, business and commercial buildings staff come ready to work to resolve whatever the issue may be. The managers on site James and Shane explained all the damages and necessary precautions to make sure more damages do not occur. Matthew and Dylan cleared the damages swiftly and setup all the fans to dry out the home as soon as possible.
Overall the professional hard working staff ensured my family's health and safety while making my home livable again. Without SERVPRO: James, Shane, Matthew and Dylan my home would not have been taken care of so promptly and effectively.

SERVPRO of Baldwin County was hired by our insurance company to remove, clean and replace our belongings after a smoke fire. They did an excellent job. We were concerned about replacing everything as my wife and I are not in good health. We needn't have worried as Kinya, Mary Jo, Tamia, Jennifer, Denis, Angel, and Kim went well beyond the call to return us to normal. Kinya and Mary Jo took the time to reorganize our kitchen, a job we never could have completed on our own. We are so thankful to SERVPRO.

Owners Jody and Melinda Bruscato have been with SERVPRO since 2007, and with SERVPRO of Baldwin County since 2016.
