After speaking with the front office regarding emergency services needed after a tree fell on my roof and caused water to enter my home, I was put in contact with Wauwatosa PM Tray. He provided me with an estimated arrival time of a couple of hours, and the crew arrived right on schedule, which I greatly appreciated. The crew was led by Darius and Adrianna, and they were professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. On the first day, they quickly assessed the situation and set up the necessary equipment. What impressed me most was that Darius and Adrianna returned the following day and completed all of the necessary demolition work. They also promised to keep my belongings protected from dust and debris and followed through exactly as promised. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to keeping my home clean made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Darius, Adrianna, Tray, and the entire SERVPRO team. Thank you, Team Ray, for your outstanding work and dedication!

Me and my wife started to become a little frustrated with how things were playing out but They sent out Adriana and Darius and they came and got everything under control ! And their PM Tray kept his promise about sending out a good crew! My wife is now Very happy with how things are going with Servpro ! Thank you Servpro Team Ray

We called SERVPRO to help with water in our basement, and they sent Darius to assist us. He was outstanding from start to finish! He worked quickly and efficiently, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was taken care of so we could properly dry out our basement. We truly appreciate Darius’s hard work, professionalism, and excellent communication. Thank you, SERVPRO, for sending such a great team member to help us during a stressful situation!

Daannessa and Darius were amazing at fitting us in and doing a great job!! They are from Wawautosa East. Amazing thanks so much!!

Darius , Aj , Danessa and Tj, great job. Very professional group. Really happy with the results.

Had Alan, AJ, and Trevion in cleaning some mold off of some block walls in a process area. They worked very well and kept me informed of any concerns they had. They didn’t have any safety concerns while working here

Alex and his team were incredibly professional! We had a sewer line backup in the basement and oh my god was it disgusting! We called insurance who recommended Servpro and gave them a call, the gentleman who answered my wife’s call (Drew?) was super respectful and helped get us setup for an appointment Kolby came out and did a quick walkthrough to assess the damage and promised we were in good hands. Less than 24 hours later Alex and another gentleman pulled up to our house and started work, Alex was consistent in answering our questions and ensuring we understood the process and why they did what they did. At the end our basement was sewage free, smelled 10x better than before this happened and the team made everything a breeze!

ServePro (Alex, Dakota and their team) did a very thorough job at our home, and we are very satisfied with their service. Knowledgeable and detailed team. Highly recommend!
