In the time of a stressful situation, SERVPRO made me feel confident that everything would be okay. They responded immediately and came to my home to help dry out the water damage that evening. They covered and protected everything from carpet, to floors and furniture. They showed up in a timely manner and assured me that my damages could be repaired unlike a horrific disaster such as a fire. They helped me maintain a positive outlook on the situation. I would not recommend anyone else but SERVPRO. PS - Make them a sandwich. They work eight hours and don't take a lunch break!

I had a fire in my kitchen and it completely destroyed my kitchen. My countertops, walls,ceiling and cabinets were all impacted. I was directed towards SERVPRO from my insurance company and I can say that I am glad that I was. They Immediately scheduled an appointment to come and look at the damage, I was super upset about losing a lot of my stuff and the employees were extremely generous and caring. They even helped me find items that could be saved. They started their work immediately and I was honestly shocked how quickly they did. They finished the job earlier than expected, and my kitchen looked brand new. My friends and family couldn't even tell what had happened. I would highly recommend them! The employees are kind and really care about their customers.

Coming home to a flooded basement is NOT the ideal Sunday afternoon. After all of our torrential rain we checked before we left for brunch and just being gone a few short hours already had 2 inches of water in the basement!

Panic set in and knowing how busy all the restoration companies would be with other flooded houses we were left to despair thinking that we would wake up again tomorrow with mold. Luckily Melissa from SERVPRO dispatched a team do water techs that not only came out the same day but started the work immediately.

We had dehumidifiers and fans in our house for about a week and the job was done right and we were able to save a lot of our belongings!!! We have connections to other companies and even they couldn’t get someone out the same day. I am so thrilled with their response time and customer service and will definitely refer them to anyone I know inside or outside of Loudoun County!
