Awesome company! We had an emergency on a Sunday. I called the owner, who explained in detail that there would be weekend charges. But we couldn't go to bed until all the glass was cleaned up. They were in on a very short time, and Reuben did agreat job.

We had a very good experience with SERVPRO of Greater Waco. They utilized an ozone treatment, as well as their specialty cleaning, on a vintage bookcase that had been exposed to prolonged indoor cigarette use. (We purchased the bookcase online without being told that it had been damaged in that way, and we did not want to paint over it as it matches other pieces we already own.) The treatments have lessened the smell of smoke more than anything else we had tried, to the point of being barely detectable, and the wood gleams after the cleaning. All of the staff members were courteous and promptly got back to us whenever we had questions; the pick-up and drop-off of the bookcase were smooth and quick as well. We recommend them highly and would use their services again!

They have been nothing short of amazing! They came out on a holiday to help us when our downstairs flooded. They stayed until everything was moved and water was handled. Their service is top notch! I really can’t recommend them enough! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

I contacted ServPro of Greater Waco to have the carpets in our house cleaned. Teddy worked with us to get us scheduled within 1 week of inquiry. He was very knowledgeable about the products and process, how to prepare the rooms and what to expect during and after the cleaning. On the day of our cleaning, the ServPro team was on time, professional, and done in about 2 hours. They conducted a walk through before and after the work was completed. Our carpets look and smell great! We will definitely be using ServPro of Greater Waco again!
