Montana Hantes
Montana leads our Business Development team for our locations in Denton, Texas, Central Oklahoma City, and Moore, Oklahoma. With over 16 years of business development experience, she has spent her career focused on the commercial restoration and reconstruction industry. Her passion is building lasting relationships and her main goal is to provide her clients with the highest level of service through serving as a resource and providing consistent, clear communication.
When Montana is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and cheering on her two very active sons in their sports. She also loves traveling whenever possible, especially to the beach.
Ronnie Carlile
Ronnie Carlile is the Construction Manager for our Denton, Texas location. He comes to our team with 22 years of experience of working with residential and commercial construction projects.
When it comes to quality workmanship, Ronnie prides himself in providing a higher level of standards. His main priority is to help our customers bring their homes and properties back to life in an efficient, thoughtful manner.
When Ronnie has free time, he loves spending it with family and friends. He has a house full of joy with 9 grand children and another on the way!
Michelle Grass
Michelle Grass is the heart of our office and proudly wears the title of “Office Mom", also known as Director of Office Administration for Denton, Texas, Central Oklahoma City, & Moore, Oklahoma.
She keeps us organized, connected, and on track. From HR and payroll to compliance and operations, Michelle works with every department to streamline efficiency. Reliable, supportive, and truly amazing, she’s the one who keeps our team together.
Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her three beautiful granddaughters and her family. And when the day winds down, she’ll tell you that you can never go wrong with a good glass of wine.
Lance Harris
Lance is the Estimator for our offices in Denton, Texas, Central Oklahoma City and Moore, Oklahoma. He is a true team player and is always happy to help with any type of project.
Lance brings almost 30 years of experience in estimating, including 22 years as an insurance adjuster. He proudly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an A.I.S. (Associate in Insurance Services) designation, and is a Texas All-Lines Licensed Adjuster.
Outside of the office, Lance loves spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He enjoys grilling out on the back porch and is a diehard fan for all DFW sports!
Trebor Rogers
Trebor Rogers is a shining star for our organization and is always willing to jump in to help wherever needed.
With his ambitious, positive, and client first approach, it is no surprise that just two short months after joining our team, he was promoted to Restoration Supervisor. Within his second year, he advanced to Restoration Manager.
Trebor proudly holds many industry certifications, including WRT, ASD, OCT, and FSRT. He is also licensed with the state of Texas as an MRC, which reflects his commitment to excellence and professional growth in restoration services.
On the rare occasion that Trebor is not working, he loves engaging in community events and considers himself a "foodie"!

The service is incredible. From requesting an estimate to scheduling an appointment time to arrival time to post work completion, the experience could not have been better. The initial estimate for work was spot on. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. As a matter of fact, the Manager came by because he didn't want me to have standing water any longer than necessary. Now THAT is Customer Service! I won't call anyone else if I need any of their services again.
Responded very fast. They were overly communicative in the next steps, the work was quick and everything looked better than before the water damage. Highly recommend this SERVPRO!
