SERVPRO of Sumter was very professional and provided amazing service.

We had two incidences of water damage in our house and my insurance company recommended them. They came in immediately within an hour and assessed the damage, took out the damaged floor and installed the drying fans. They took care of our furniture, moved and covered it. And every day they will come and checked the drying progress until it was completed. All throughout, I was impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. Every staff who came were polite and well mannered. They did an excellent job in recovering our house from the water damage. Thank you Trevon, Shaun and to all the staff that worked with us. I might not remember all your names but when I see the SERVPRO Sumter logo, I know it’s a company that can be trusted. Definitely one of the top companies in Sumter when it comes to quality work, skill of workers, professionalism and punctuality.

Their performance was outstanding. I do not see anything that needs to be improved. Everyone that came to my house was wonderful. I could not have asked for better people or better service.

The entire team that came to our house were all VERY friendly, trust worthy, kind, well mannered, polite and the sweetest to our 4 year old. they didn't see much of our 6 year old but I know they would have been the same to him. they did an incredible job cleaning our house after some smoke damage. They were all incredible! SERVPRO, you have some incredible employees! This day in time you don't see an entire team with all those qualities! It was refreshing to open our home to them all! a big thanks to Duck, Mike, Trevon, Eric, Red, Shaun and Davion! our youngest will miss all of his boys

SERVPRO of Sumter, SC has been a lifesaver for me and my family. After having major water damage to my house, they came in the next day to start the water mitigation process. The crew they sent were very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They walked us through the process step by step. SERVPRO worked with my insurance company to complete the paperwork and start the restoration process of my home. Everything happened so quickly and they stayed in constant contact with us to keep us abreast of where we were in making my house feel like home again.
