SERVPRO of The East End was Fantastic! Our hot water heater burst and flooded our newly finished basement. We were mortified! But (at the recommendation of our insurance broker) we called SERVPRO of The East End and they came quickly, were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with! They were able to save our carpet and many of our belongings. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and the level of service they provided. They were equally efficient with all the paperwork involved. Thankfully, our insurance covered most of the work done, save for the deductible.
