Meet Nat Homan - Production Manager at SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. He is a Lead Certified Renovator. Nat has 7 IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, TCRT, OCT and CCT. He has unmatched knowledge in all things restoration. Nat has experience in building and construction and has many years of supervisory and managerial experience in the Home Improvement industry. Nat lives in Oxford, is a proud husband and dad to two wonderful daughters.

Meet Christopher Willis, our exceptional Production Project Manager at SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. Chris truly embodies the spirit of service and commitment in all that he does for our team and our clients. As a proud Marine Corps and Army National Guard Veteran, Chris brings the same strong work ethic, discipline, and dedication he demonstrated in his military service to SERVPRO every day. His extensive experience is further bolstered by six specialized IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), and Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician (RRT). These certifications equip him to handle a wide range of jobs with expert care and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

Meet Vincent Judson, Production Project Manager. Vincent brings an impressive level of discipline and expertise to our team. Vince's background includes over 15 years of experience managing and supervising HVAC/R projects, a skill set that perfectly complements his recent transition to SERVPRO. Vincent's commitment to excellence, honed during his time as a Master Sergeant, ensures that he approaches every task with precision and dedication. Beyond his professional achievements, Vincent is a devoted husband and father, and he applies the same care and commitment to ensuring homes and businesses run smoothly, just as he did during his distinguished service. We're confident that his leadership and meticulous approach will be a great asset to our operations.

Meet Ronnie McDaniel - Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. He brings over 40 years of construction experience in whole-home renovations and additions. Ronnie is a true master of his craft. Living in Oxford, he brings his passion for building to every project - even in his spare time. When it comes to reconstruction, you can trust Ronnie to get it done right, every time!

Meet Eli Keener, our Business Development Manager at SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. Eli brings a unique and valuable perspective to our team, having started his career as a technician. This hands-on experience in the field allowed him to gain a deep understanding of our services and the restoration process before transitioning to our marketing division. As part of our marketing team, Eli is often one of the first points of contact for our customers. His background as a technician enables him to accurately and thoroughly describe the restoration process, providing detailed insights that truly help our customers understand what to expect. Furthermore, Eli's gentle and caring demeanor offers a significant source of comfort to our clients during what can often be a very stressful and difficult time. With a decade of experience as a Hospice Nurse and Company Director, Harriet brings a unique perspective to SERVPRO, focusing on compassion and care in home restoration. Her background in education as a chemistry teacher has honed her ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. She holds restoration industry certifications in IICRC Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Fire Smoke Restoration Technician, and Odor Control Technician.

In addition to her leadership and educational experience, Harriet has completed courses in interior design and structural engineering at UNLV, equipping her with a well rounded understanding of the reconstruction process.

Introducing Tonya Carpenter, who serves as one of our Crew Chiefs and as Contents Specialist. Tonya is truly a gem of our team, consistently demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill. She recently achieved the highest score among all her teammates on the IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician Exam), a testament to her expertise and commitment to her craft. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of two sons, a big fan of rock music, and is widely known for her kind heart and genuine care for others. Tonya is deeply passionate about helping people in need, and she makes it her personal mission to help restore your home and belongings to normal as quickly and stress-free as possible.

Meet Cameron Melton, one of our exceptional Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO. Outside of his professional life, Cameron is an enthusiastic fishing fanatic and a self-proclaimed caffeine addict, bringing a vibrant energy to everything he does. Cameron brings that same passion and precision to his work at SERVPRO. He is IICRC Water Restoration Technician - certified, ensuring that your home is always in trusted hands when he's on the job. Cameron consistently leads by example and plays a crucial role in keeping our team running strong, ensuring every job is completed to our high standards, "Like it never even happened."

Meet Tiras Bolden, one of our dedicated SERVPRO Technicians. Tiras is a recent graduate of Ole Miss and a lifelong basketball enthusiast. He consistently brings hustle, heart, and a strong work ethic to every job he is on. From the basketball court to a clean-up site, Tiras is always ready to put in the work required. He is also a kind-hearted conversationalist, always willing to take the time to explain and educate clients about the restoration process. We are very proud to have him on our team.

In his free time, Will enjoys working on cars, which speaks to his hands-on approach and passion for getting things done.
