The back room of my apartment had an ice dam problem and water started dripping and then pouring into my back room when the weather warmed up. Once the claim was approved and SERVPRO came in to do the work, they did it in three stages. Each step of the way they were professional but pleasant, informative, and a joy to work with. I cannot stress enough how pleasant they made an awful situation. They were lovely to work with and did not hesitate to keep my best interest in mind as well as my work schedule. The office staff was great and never made me feel like I was imposing. I felt extremely lucky to be working with such a great company??
