Chris Sherman served as my contact helping to arrange and follow through on work performed by contractors making repairs for areas damaged in my home after a pipe burst. Chris not only explained how and what was going to be done but as the work was being completed he constantly stayed in contact with me. This made the process easier while repairs were being made. I want to give a big Shot out to Josh and Craig. Those men came in with the most professional manner I have ever encountered. They explained everything to me that was going to take place as far as my clean up of the water damage that my home sustained. They handled that job so well and they packed my things up and moved them to a spare bedroom. They started right away drying all my floors, walls and even under my home. They disposed all the ruined stuff. They took pictures and handled giving them to State Farm. I am extremely grateful for them and would recommend Servpro for any clean up.
