Jessica is our Director of Fire & Content at SERVPRO Mason City. She comes to us with years of experience in customer service and management skills. Jessica is IICRC certified in Water, Fire Restoration, and Bio Clean up. She has been with SERVPRO for 3 years.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever she gets a chance! She also enjoys cleaning, fishing, and spending time outside in the summer.

Matt Anderson is a Carpet Specialist at SERVPRO of Mason City. Matt's experience covers a wide range, but he currently specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Matts has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

He's a big Iowa Hawkeyes fan, likes live concerts, and spending time with his friends. He enjoys road trips and seeing new places.

Bridgette is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Mason City, and she started working with us in June 2020. She has shown a strong commitment to learning the complexities of the industry and is IICRC Fire certified.

In her free time, Bridgette enjoys trying out new recipes and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
