Casey is serving as our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Mason City. Our office is fortunate to have Casey as our Office Manager. She became a part of our team in 2017 and has been excelling in customer service, communication, and team leadership ever since. Jessica is our Director of Fire & Content at SERVPRO Mason City. She comes to us with years of experience in customer service and management skills. Jessica is IICRC certified in Water, Fire Restoration, and Bio Clean up. She has been with SERVPRO for 3 years.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever she gets a chance! She also enjoys cleaning, fishing, and spending time outside in the summer.

Jeff is currently working as a Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of Mason City. He joined our team in July 2023. Prior to this, Jeff had served in the United States Navy for 22 years where he gained valuable leadership skills. He also has several years of experience in the construction industry.

Jeff is a family man who loves spending time with his kids. He's always there to cheer them on at their sporting events.

Jonathan is the Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Mason City. He is IICRC certified in Water and Fire Damage. He joined our team in 2018 as a production tech.

Outside of work, he is a BIG fan of all things horror. In October he volunteers his time at the local haunted house. He also enjoys working on motorcycles, grilling, and being a Dad to his 2 boys.

Josh is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Mason City. He joined our team in November of 2023 and has over 10 years of experience in the industry. Before joining our team in Mason City, he worked for a smaller restoration company in Texas. Josh holds certifications in Water/Applied Structural Drying and OSHA 10.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys fishing at the lake, cheering on his favorite football team, and spending time with his family, especially his dogs.

Matt Anderson is a Carpet Specialist at SERVPRO of Mason City. Matt's experience covers a wide range, but he currently specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Matts has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

He's a big Iowa Hawkeyes fan, likes live concerts, and spending time with his friends. He enjoys road trips and seeing new places.

Bridgette is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Mason City, and she started working with us in June 2020. She has shown a strong commitment to learning the complexities of the industry and is IICRC Fire certified.

In her free time, Bridgette enjoys trying out new recipes and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
